These terms and conditions apply to all guests staying at Agape Farm Camp. By making a booking or checking in, you agree to the rules below.

Bookings & check-in

• Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 11:00, unless otherwise agreed with reception.
• Please inform us of your estimated arrival time, especially if arriving after 20:00.
• A valid ID or passport may be required at check-in, in accordance with Montenegrin tourism regulations.
• Bookings are confirmed once we acknowledge your request — by WhatsApp, email, or at reception.

Prices & payment

• Current rates are displayed on our pricing page. Prices are per person per night unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is accepted in cash (EUR) or by card at reception. Online prepayment may also be available.
• Children under 12 benefit from reduced rates as indicated on our pricing page.
• Restaurant meals, equipment rentals, and extra services are charged separately.

Camp rules

We are an eco-campsite surrounded by nature. We ask all guests to respect the environment, our team, and fellow campers:

• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Please keep noise to a minimum.
• Open fires are not permitted outside designated areas. BBQs must be used responsibly and fully extinguished after use.
• Do not pick plants, disturb wildlife, or leave litter. Use the bins provided and recycle where possible.
• The swimming pool is open during summer season. Shower before entering and follow pool rules displayed on site.
• Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome. Dogs must not enter the pool area.
• Electricity at pitches is for personal use only. Do not overload sockets or use high-power appliances without asking reception.
• Vehicles must be parked in designated areas. Driving on grass pitches is not permitted.
• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave without refund in case of serious misconduct.

Cancellation & no-shows

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival may be charged for the first night.
• No-shows without prior notice may be charged for the full booked period.
• In peak season (July–August), we recommend booking in advance. Contact us on WhatsApp to modify or cancel.

Liability

Guests stay at their own risk. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, injuries resulting from natural terrain (rocks, slopes, sea access), or events beyond our control. We recommend travel insurance for all guests.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, especially near the pool, cliffs, and sea.

WiFi & guest area

Camp guests receive access to our WiFi network and exclusive content (secret beaches, trail guides). This access is personal and must not be shared with non-guests. Misuse of the network may result in access being revoked.

Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Montenegro.
